Why do we provide untracked shipping? 

We offer untracked shipping (lettermail) with Post Canada. Since shipping costs are high in Canada, we want to offer a cheaper option for our customers.  According to Post Canada, losing packages with untracked shipping is considered rare. For customers that desire tracked shipping, they have the option to choose “Tracked Shipping” during checkout. Are we going to ship internationally anytime soon?

Yes! We currently ship to Canada only, but we are hoping to expand our business internationally. 

Is it normal to see some gloss inside the applicator? 

Yes it is. The reason for that can be due to the shipment transportation and since it is our first time experimenting with lip gloss, we are doing our best to ensure that our glosses are clean and presentable. 

Are the glosses sanitized? 

Yes, of course! Our tubes are always cleaned and sanitized before and after filling with gloss.
